A Brain so you no longer start from a blank page
Your Brain is a working knowledge base: your offers, methods, approved answers and reference documents. It gives the AI reusable context instead of a fresh explanation improvised for every request.
During the workshop, we start with a small set of useful documents. We identify what is authoritative, what needs updating and what should not be shared with an external tool. The aim is not to import your entire professional life in one day. It is to build an initial knowledge base that you understand and can maintain.

An email agent that follows your rules
Your inbox is a practical place to put that context to work. A request arrives: what needs to be understood, retrieved, prepared and sent to you for approval? The Brain supplies the references; the agent uses them for a defined task.
One possible exercise: identify a quote request, retrieve the relevant offer details and prepare a draft reply in your tone. You review it before sending. This illustrates a scope we can agree together, not a promise of universal integration with every email service.
We define the access required and the actions permitted. Preparing a draft for approval has different consequences from sending an email automatically. Those decisions are part of the build, not settings left to chance.
A day to build it, then learn to run it
Before the day, we choose a priority. You describe a recurring task, the tools involved and the information available. That conversation establishes what can realistically fit into the day and which access requirements need checking.
During the day, Joseph builds with you. You see how documents become a usable knowledge base, how the agent receives its rules and how an initial workflow connects the steps. We test cases selected together and adjust anything that does not work as expected.
Then you take the controls. Finding a reference, changing an instruction, checking a proposal and recognising when to step in: the hands-on practice concerns the system you have built, not a collection of prompts to memorise.
The scope may give more attention to the Brain, email or another initial workflow, depending on your needs and the constraints identified. The goal is not to automate your entire business in a day. It is to choose the first building blocks that will be useful in your work.
The €490 launch offer: what you are booking
The launch price of €490 excluding VAT covers a private one-to-one day with Joseph, with building and hands-on practice within the scope agreed beforehand. The planned standard price after launch is €800 excluding VAT.
- Tool subscriptions and usage: paid by you, in addition to the workshop fee. Requirements are reviewed before we start.
- Installation on your own equipment: discussed beforehand, subject to your hardware, access and feasibility; it is not automatically included.
- Complex integrations or a wider deployment: separate from the scope selected for this day.
You do not need to become a developer. What matters is bringing a specific work problem, useful documents and a willingness to understand what you will use afterwards.
